Guidelines for Authors
Natura Humanitas is an open-access Quarterly journal. From 2025, Natura Humanitas utilizes the Open Journal Systems (OJS) for manuscript submission and tracking.
Submission & Fees
Online Submission System (OJS)
We no longer accept submissions via email. All manuscripts must be submitted through our online submission system.
- Step 1: Register an account on our OJS platform (select "Author" role).
- Step 2: Log in and click "New Submission".
- Step 3: Follow the 5-step submission process to upload your manuscript and metadata.
- Step 4: Track the status of your manuscript in real-time.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
As an Open Access (OA) journal, publishing a manuscript requires an APC of $150 USD (1000 CNY for Chinese Authors). This fee is paid by the submitting author only upon acceptance of the manuscript.
Manuscripts evaluated as "Excellent" or "Outstanding" by the review committee will be exempt from the Article Processing Charge (APC Waived).
Style & Formatting
- Arts, Design, & Social Sciences: Please use APA 7th Edition style.
- Natural Sciences & Computing: Please use IEEE style.
1. Manuscript Preparation
- The manuscript should be formatted for A4 paper and must be in MS Word (.doc, .docx).
- Text should be in Times New Roman 12 point, justified, and use 1.5 spacing throughout.
- Texts should ideally range around 4000 to 8000 words.
Review Process
Natura Humanitas All articles are evaluated in a review system managed via OJS.
- Any manuscript is reviewed as a confidential document.
- Submission Timeline: We accept submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year for our Quarterly issues.

Open Access Policy
All articles published in Natura Humanitas are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide.

Publication Ethics (COPE)
Natura Humanitas adheres to the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines defined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
We strictly prohibit plagiarism, data fabrication, and multiple submissions. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity using plagiarism detection software.
